Yes, you can upload it via our upload artwork line, or send it directly to us via email. We will always check your artwork before it goes to print anyway.
If you can design it to size and save it as a JPEG, PDF, AI or EPS. If the file size is bigger than 10mb , please use the website “we transfer” and send us the download link.
Absolutely! Whether you are a small business, a well-known brand, or an individual celebrating a birthday – our in-house design team can exceed your expectations. Simply email us your ideas or logos etc with your order and provide us with a detailed brief. Proofs will be sent to you via email for your approval before we start any printing.

Ideally CMYK colour with no bleed. Raster file resolution 72dpi at full size or larger. All fonts converted to outlines and all images embedded at 72dpi or higher….. to a graphics designer this should make sense 🙂

We use a few different couriers, as it depends on the size and weight of your order. We use DPD, Parcel Force, TNT and good old Royal Mail. We can also collect from our premises in Hornchurch.
In most cases, delivery its between 2/3 days. We can process some orders within 1/2 days depending on how busy we are. Business cards, flyers etc can be turnaround in 24 hours. Contact us to find out if what your ordering can be printed quickly.
Once your products are printed, we send it out for next working day.
We have done in the past for clients, you would need to contact us with your order, for us to price it up correctly for the shipment.

Product cleaning and care
For all our pvc banners we use solvent print, which unlike UV prints, is very scratch and scuff resistant and needs no lamination. All you would need is a damp cloth to clean any dust or mud of the material.
All our banners, PVC and Mesh, come with eyelets all round and hemming for extra strength. The eyelets are used for fixing the banner to railings or a fence. We would always recommend good quality cable ties to safety secure banners to railings.
